March 8 marks International Women’s Day—an annual opportunity to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and galvanize action to accelerate gender equality across the world.
This year’s theme is Each for Equal, which draws from the notion that collectively, we can reduce inequalities while helping create gender parity.
The innovative pharmaceutical industry recognizes the benefits of promoting gender equality in health, both as an investment and as a necessary prerequisite for creating more sustainable economies and equitable societies.
